  • All animals sold by Adorable Exotic Pets are captive-bred and sourced from trusted, humane breeders.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding the care requirements of the species they purchase.
  • We do not condone or support the release of exotic animals into the wild.
  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper care, housing, and maintenance of the animal once delivered.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping of live animals is conducted through USDA-approved couriers or specialized live-animal carriers.

  • Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
  • Orders are only shipped when weather conditions are safe for the animal.
  • Someone must be present to receive the delivery on the first attempt; failure to do so voids our Live Arrival Guarantee.

💳 5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on AdorableExoticPets.com are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
  • Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel any transaction due to inaccurate pricing information.

🔁 6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, all live animal sales are final once the animal has shipped.
Returns are not accepted on live animals unless covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee.

  • Non-live items (e.g., enclosures, accessories, or food) may be returned within 14 days in unused condition.
  • Order cancellations for live animals must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking and administrative fee.

💚 8. Health Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee ensuring that your animal arrives alive and healthy, provided that:

  • The buyer is present at the time of delivery.
  • Any issues are reported within 2 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence.

After successful delivery, all animal health responsibilities transfer to the buyer.
We cannot guarantee against conditions caused by improper care, housing, diet, or stress after delivery.
