🐾 Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Availability
We currently offer delivery within the United States only. Certain species may be restricted by state or local laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their desired pet is legal to own in their area before purchase.
2. Safe & Secure Animal Transport
All animals are shipped through licensed, USDA-approved animal couriers or specialized overnight services to ensure safety and minimal stress during transit.
- Shipments are typically made Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays.
- All live animals are shipped in climate-controlled, insulated containers with appropriate hydration and bedding materials.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the shipment is dispatched.
3. Delivery Conditions
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.
- Failure to accept the package on the first delivery attempt may void the live arrival guarantee.
- We do not ship live animals during extreme weather conditions (below 40°F or above 90°F) for safety reasons. In such cases, shipping will be delayed until conditions are suitable.
4. Processing Time
- Orders for live animals are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days once payment and availability are confirmed.
- Supply orders (habitats, food, accessories, etc.) are shipped within 2–3 business days via standard carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

We stand by the health of our animals and offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:
- The customer is present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
- Any issues or concerns must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, with clear photos or video evidence of the condition of the animal and shipping label.
- The guarantee does not apply to animals left unattended, mishandled after delivery, or delayed due to courier issues beyond our control.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
1. Live Animal Returns
Due to the delicate nature of exotic animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges on live animals once they have been shipped or delivered. This policy ensures the safety and health of all pets in our care.
If an animal arrives deceased or in poor condition (verified through our Live Arrival Guarantee process), a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
2. Non-Live Product Returns
We accept returns for non-live items (such as enclosures, accessories, and food products) within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders for live animals may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
- All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee.
- Orders for non-live products may be canceled prior to shipping without penalty.
